An open, ongoing mindfulness meditation group for beginner and experienced practitioners on Wednesday evenings, 7:00 - 8:30 pm, and held at Centennial High School in Ellicott City. Now online.
THURSDAYS MIDDAY, ONLINE
During the pandemic, IMCW is offering 1-hour daytime meditation sessions at 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 5:00 pm., Monday through Friday. I teach on Thursdays at 1:00 pm online via Zoom.
