Talk: Equanimity in Action
58 minutes | Equanimity is the art of balancing compassion with clear-seeing. Compassion calls us to respond to suffering, and clear-seeing helps us to discern what action (or inaction) will serve most beneficially. When we act from balance, calm, and care, we find that we are more in the flow of life. This talk explores different perspectives we can take as we hold our world with care. The talk includes a portion of the Mountain Meditation by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Photo by MASTE
