Meditation: Embodiment

45 minutes | Based on a meditation by Judith Blackstone (the Realization Process), this practice helps participants learn to more fully inhabit the body. As mindfulness gets immersed in the body, we encounter samskaras or psychosomatic knots that we can begin to untangle and release. The meditation is affiliated with the talk, Cultivating Embodiment - Part 2.
