45 minutes | In this talk we explore how to cultivate essential qualities such as kindness, tranquility, discipline or clarity. These qualities are nurtured by practicing feeling them in the body. Each quality has a particular feel, and by engendering that feel, the subconscious mind is programmed to look for that feel.
