MY OFFERINGS

We each are on a path of psychological and spiritual growth and awakening. Some of the potent tools I teach that can foster this growth include:

  • Mindfulness – paying attention to present-moment experiences with an attitude of allowing

  • Embodiment – bringing ever more awareness into the body to discover its wisdom and strength

  • Self-Kindness – cultivating kindness toward ourselves, just as we are, as the foundation of all growth

  • Self-Inquiry – an exploration of subconscious programming to discover how we may untangle from psychic knots that keep us stuck in life

  • Meditation – a tool to help the conscious and subconscious minds speak to each other

  • Inner Guidance – connecting to a deep wisdom beyond what the rational mind can know

I offer multi-week courses (including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), drop-in classes, workshops, retreats, private mentoring, small group mentoring, and daily meditation (Telesangha).

If you feel drawn to this work, I would be honored to walk with you on your path for a while, offering guidance and feedback, and sharing in the mystery and unfolding with you.

MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION 8-WEEK COURSE

MBSR opens up the connection between mind and body. Through that awareness I finally understood how shifts in beliefs and behavior are truly possible.

As we cultivate mindfulness, we learn to live more intentionally, to lessen our reactivity to life events, to notice and savor that which is pleasant. Our experience of well-being is enhanced.
