The teachers are Stan Eisenstein and Ruth Zanoni. Stan is a teacher for the Insight Meditation Community of Washington and a mentor for the international Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Stan has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses since 2013. Ruth is a mindfulness teacher who has used mindfulness, self-kindness and many other practices to help her to navigate life-long chronic pain and illness.
