Meditation: Mindfulness of Vedana (Feeling Tone)

28 minutes | In this meditation we practice noticing the initial experience of Pleasant, Unpleasant or Neutral that is occurring in every moment. This practice, over time, helps us to become freer from reactivity. We start to see our patterns that get us caught in unskillful ways of thinking and behaving.
