25 minutes | This meditation invites us to learn from embodying a form of an element (i.e., earth, water, air, or fire) or a living being (i.e., plant or animal). Each elemental form or living being has qualities (e.g., strength, order, warmth, freedom, delicacy) that we can absorb and cultivate for ourselves.
