Talk: Contemplating Death

39 minutes | The Buddha began his journey to enlightenment as a way to overcome the suffering due to old age, illness, and death. In order to find freedom in this life, he invites us to contemplate death directly. In this talk, we look at a variety of ways of perceiving death, and consider some of the implications for how we live our lives. Photo by Eyasu Etsub on Unsplash
