25 minutes | We continue a series on compassionate communication. In this session we discuss the how to work with feelings and emotions mindfully. Awareness of and allowing of emotion gives us insight into our deeper needs and the needs of others. Embodied awareness of emotion helps us to work skillfully with emotion. These talks rely heavily on the principles of Non-Violent Communication as developed by Marshall Rosenberg and further developed by Thom Bond in the Compassion Course Online.
