24 minutes | Based on a meditation by Judith Blackstone. The central core is an experience that runs a couple of inches in front of the spine along the entire length of the torso, neck and head and beyond. While there is nothing anatomically there, it is connected to a more fundamental self than our ego selves. The phrase, "I knew it at my core," refers to the central core. Contact with the central core allows for a deep guidance and wisdom to arise, as well as a sense of stability and confidence. Photo by Nikolay Maslov at Unsplash.
