Meditation: Mindfulness of Emotions

29 minutes | The more we can be aware of all of our emotions, the more capacity we have to live fully and intentionally. Our emotions are often subtle and unrecognized as we move through our days. Emotions connect our minds and our bodies. Practicing noticing how emotions show up in our systems helps us to become more embodied and to move toward more skillful thought patterns.
