Meditation: Exploring Identity

32 minutes | In this meditation we explore different ways to experience "Who we are". We tend to experience ourselves as separate egoic selves, very personally-oriented, determined by thought. We explore the effect of experiencing ourselves as awareness, or as a fundamental core self, or as an expression of the unfolding manifestation of life.
