Meditation: Seven Realms of Awareness

30 minutes | In this meditation you are guided to explore seven different aspects of existence that we can be aware of: breath, body (externally and internally), emotional feelings, mind, environment, awareness, and emptiness. The meditation guides a gradual moving of attention from a grosser to more a refined experience. As we open to more refined states, the sense of self as separate starts to fade away.
